The Junior School has single-section classes and learning is mostly through activities, especially arts and crafts that nurture creative development. Class 6 is an other Majority point for new admissions to the school.

The Middle School program is also important because it lays the foundation for much of the value education that is integral to Scholars Ark school. Class strengths across the school are retained at less than 25, and the teacher-student ratio is about 1:20 to promote greater classroom interaction. There are no examination-based evaluations in the Junior and Middle school programs, though assessments do get progressively more objective in higher classes. The teachers as the learners of the child through their participation in class activities, through worksheets and assignments.

In Senior School, the methodology is in accordance with CBSE guidelines, incorporating the Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) system for Classes 9 and 10, where the student is assessed through a combination of Formative and Summative evaluations throughout the whole year.
